亚马逊的「向后工作法」

亚马逊的 CTO说，他们采用“向后工作”的方法，即开发一项产品采用下面的步骤：

  1. 写新闻稿
  2. 写 FAQ
  3. 定义用户体验
  4. 写用户文档
  5. （可能是写代码）

感觉这套工作流程也适合用在其他领域，比如网络课程设计和推广上。
