忘了从谁的博客上看到这张图，哈哈一乐，就收进Flickr。
在中国，为什么城管变成公众谐谑嘲讽的对象呢？他们不过是权力的末梢，其身份就像圣经新约时期代表恺撒向犹太人征税的税吏一样。英国也有warden,其功能是负责违章停车的罚款，但没发现英国人对他们进行讽刺。
这个现象值得研究。
